Finding the right partners is key.
Who is involved?
1
Realtor
That’s me! I will gather basic information about what you are looking for in buying or selling a home. Then I will pair you with a lender that will help you through the prequalification process.
2
Lender
A mortgage lender is often an institution, rather than a person, who serves to provide you with the loan you need to buy your new home.
3
Escrow and Title
Simply stated, the escrow agent impartially carries out the written instructions given by the principals. Title includes all previous ownership, uses, and transfers of a home.
"I was really impressed working with Nathan Hanlon. Personally I will not tolerate anyone that seems to have poor communication skills or is lazy. Nathan is extremely professional in his work. He was always ready to answer my questions or reassure when things didn't go right. When the other party seemed to do something strange or odd Nathan knew exactly what to do. I recommend him to everyone because he really worked hard on the purchase of our home. Don't be fooled by his young appearance he’s truly a knowledgeable real estate professional."

FAQs
How long will it take to sell or buy a home?
No one wants their house to sit on the market for too long or take for ever to find one. A house may take anywhere between 21-30 days to sell/buy depending on the market. If a market is hot enough, sellers could find their home off the market within a week. If the market is slow (or the house is overpriced,) the number could reach triple digits. Exposure, negotiations, and the condition of the home will also affect its ability to sell fast.
Is there a reason my home’s assessed value differs compared to the market value?
There is usually a difference between the assessed value and market value. For homeowners, the assessed value is a double-edged sword. Because, if their annual assessed value increased then their yearly taxes will also be raised. On the flip side, when selling a house it can help boost its market value.
How many houses should I view before purchasing one?
You can now see houses online by taking virtual tours or seeing detailed photographs. So, I can help my clients by giving them access to my online systems so clients can view as many properties as they desire. Once a list is narrowed down, you can visit properties with them or on their behalf.
